Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail, financial services, or a related customer-facing environment.
• Previous sales experience.
• Previous lending experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify financial solutions, open accounts, process transactions, and support lending activities.
• Coach and support branch team members alongside the Branch Manager, serving as a role model for service, operational excellence, and accountability.
• Manage branch workflows, follow up on sales and lending opportunities, and help ensure compliance, security, and operational standards.
