Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of experience in financial/banking services.
• Three (3)+ years as a people manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations (Reg. B, E, D, CC, Z; BSA).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others.
• Proficiency with banking software and digital tools.
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent verbal and written business communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute branch plans aligned with business strategy.
• Ensure compliance, regulatory procedures, and expense controls.
• Demonstrate delegation, organization of work, and coaching for results.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and sales acumen.
