Qualifications

• 3+ years of universal associate/personal banker or equivalent at a financial institution
• Experience opening new accounts and loans is required
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead branch staff, ensuring a motivated and well-trained team
• Build long-term member relationships by assisting with transactions, accounts, and loan processing
