Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and lead branch employees to achieve growth goals and strong member service.
• Partner with Branch VP to execute branch strategies and operational excellence.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and career development for direct reports.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly sales meetings with product training and skill practice.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures; manage risk.
