• Experience in sales, member service, and financial institution operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Teller and USR staff, coach and develop team to ensure service excellence
• Manage onboarding, training, and development of branch employees; provide performance feedback
• Lead daily branch huddles and achieve sales and service goals; support staffing decisions and scheduling
• Oversee branch operations, cash handling, vault duties, and security; maintain accurate branch records
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies; manage escalations and member issues
