Job summary

First South Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a branch supervisor to assist in supervising all phases of branch operations. You will plan, organize, motivate, train, and communicate with staff while developing goals and ensuring cash handling controls.

The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication, with responsibility for preparing monthly reports and maintaining branch image and procedures. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred (extensive experience acceptable).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and make solid decisions.
• Knowledge of loan and teller functions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of branch operations.
