Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team to achieve annual sales and profitability goals and manage branch operations.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customers’ needs and provide personalized short and long-term solutions.
• Independently source and process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and bundle products as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, security, and control requirements; maintain a strong risk environment.
• Educate customers on fraud risks and promote fraud-prevention tools and digital security features.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees toward performance goals and a customer-focused culture.
• Drive customer engagement, retention, and year-over-year growth of consumer and business households.
• Build community presence and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and local involvement.
• Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote an inclusive culture aligned with the Bank’s brand and values.
• Maintain internal controls and address audit findings and regulator concerns.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
