Responsibilities

• Directs sales and business development to meet annual branch goals.
• Leads team through coaching and performance management; builds staff.
• Identifies customer needs using M&T sales processes and resources.
• Proactively grows Business Banking relationships and community presence.
• Oversees staffing decisions and conducts interviews.
• Models customer service and ensures adherence to Retail strategy.
• Ensures compliance with banking policies and risk controls.
• Owns complex account servicing and escalations; coaches for better resolution.
• Forges partnerships across bank areas to resolve issues.
