Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 9 years’ relevant experience.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience, including at least one year of bank branch management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall success of the branch operating model including customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions/operations, servicing, and sales.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customers' needs and leverage our sales process and tools/resources in order to provide them with personalized short and long-term solutions.
• Independently source and process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000.
• Proactively bundle products and services as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, operational, security, and control requirements.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment that protects customer and bank assets.
• Monitor branch operations to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Foster accountability for operational excellence and sound risk management practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees and peers to achieve individual and branch performance goals as well as success for the Region, Market, and Bank.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
