Job summary

You will build Business Banking relationships, manage staffing, and maintain compliance with risk controls. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are a plus for interacting with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, OR four years of relevant experience.
• Proven sales and leadership abilities; strong communication skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred; good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales and business development to achieve branch profitability and annual goals.
• Lead and develop branch staff; coach performance and staffing decisions.
• Identify customer needs and grow Business Banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk controls and regulatory requirements.
• Own complex account servicing and resolve escalations; manage outside partnerships.
