• Set growth, sales, and profit objectives and measure performance

• Monitor sales and customer service performance and conduct staff meetings
• Maintain knowledge of consumer products and services to meet customer needs
• Travel to other branches to provide coverage as needed
• Administer personnel policies and conduct training and reviews
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal controls and training requirements
