Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of banking/supervisory experience.
• Experience in consumer lending, deposit growth and relationship development.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail banking environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain, lead and develop team to promote efficiency and growth.
• Promote business development, referrals, wallet share, deposits and loans.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
• Take and process loan applications and clear exceptions.
• Manage loan portfolio and ensure credit decisions align with policies.
• Ensure marketing materials and branch personnel comply with regulations.
• Lead branch toward sales, service, operations goals and risk management.
• Conduct productive branch meetings with focus on business development.
