Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the branch office and oversees service operations, including approvals and reports.
• Establishes growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office and measures performance.

• Monitors sales and customer service performance and provides regular feedback to management.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer products and services to meet customer needs.
