Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Nogales, AZ. You will lead the branch team, drive sales, manage inventories, and safeguard assets to ensure profitable operations.

Responsibilities include directing branch sales efforts, evaluating employee performance, and ensuring procedures align with Crescent standards. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of the wholesale electrical distribution industry.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate branch sales efforts and account development.
• Manage performance of direct reports and provide feedback.
• Oversee branch pricing, quotations, purchasing, and warehousing activities.
• Ensure Crescent's business system processes are installed and executed at branch.
• Train, plan, assign, direct branch staff and address complaints.
