Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and customer service at the Lakeside branch. You will guide inside sales, warehouse and delivery teams while coordinating with regional sales to drive growth.

You will oversee budget, pricing, audits, and ISO readiness, ensuring safety and continuous improvement across all branch activities and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field; equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry
• Prior leadership or branch management experience
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments with audit readiness and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Oversee branch operations, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and regional teams to align on targets and drive profitable growth
• Manage vendor relationships, pricing strategies, and inventory levels
• Represent the branch in audits and ISO management system activities
• Travel as required for overnight visits and meetings
