Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible management in retail/financial services.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.

• Build, train, coach and lead an engaged team through development.
• Lead branch operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Create a positive service culture and collaborate with other departments.

• Coach and manage staff performance to meet service objectives.
• Develop and implement branch business and marketing plans.
• Oversee budget justifications and control expenses.
• Conduct employee interviews and support staffing.
• Travel to meetings as needed and cover Notary duties when required.
