Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking an Associate Branch Manager III at the Westridge Branch to lead a team delivering exceptional member service on the teller line and platform. You’ll coach staff, schedule effectively, and implement branch strategies to improve performance and member satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive staff development while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture. Notary and community engagement may be involved.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or HR or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience within a retail environment or financial institution required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line; handle escalated issues.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Train and coach staff on operations, compliance and policies.
• Create and maintain staff scheduling to meet branch needs.
• Support Branch Manager in marketing, member services and outreach initiatives.
• Assist HR processes for direct reports including appraisals and development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead service promotion activities and coordinate with cross-team partners.
• Identify and address member concerns and maintain branch security controls.
