Job summary

You will coach staff, manage schedules, and help implement strategies to grow member relationships while upholding compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in a retail or financial institution.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line.
• Manages, directs and supervises day to day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Train and coach employees on operational and compliance requirements across branch.
• Create and maintain staff scheduling to meet branch service demands.
• Assist Branch Manager in developing marketing and service strategies.
• Assist HR processes for direct reports including appraisals and development.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, investigate and respond to member concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of banking rules and regulations.
