Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Sacramento is seeking an Associate Branch Manager IV to lead the Elkhorn Branch and coach staff in delivering exceptional member service. You will oversee daily operations, drive compliance, and partner with leadership to meet service goals.

The role reports to the Branch Manager, requires a HS diploma or GED and 3+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or financial setting, and offers an hourly pay range of $37.25–$40.00.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Human Resources or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years progressively responsible supervisory experience within a retail environment or financial institution required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of exceptional member experience on the platform and teller line.
• Directs and supervises day-to-day activities of Member Service Specialists.
• Train and coach employees on sound operational and compliance requirements across all areas of the branch.
• Create and maintain staff scheduling that aligns with meeting branch member service demands.
• Assist Branch Manager in developing strategies to highlight product benefits and support service objectives.
• Assist Branch Manager with HR processes for direct reports, including appraisals and development plans.
