Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager II in West Sacramento to lead the branch team, drive member service excellence, and grow market share. You will coach staff, manage operations and collaborate with departments to achieve company objectives.

The role reports to the Director - Branch Member Service and Performance and offers an exempt, full-time position within a dynamic community-focused credit union.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years progressively responsible management experience within a retail or financial institution is required.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a professional, service-driven environment to grow market and wallet share.
• Builds, trains and leads a high-performing branch team.
• Leads branch operations ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Develops and executes branch business and marketing plans.
• Oversees budget and financial performance of the branch.
• Promotes a positive, inclusive culture and engages with community events.
• Performs Notary duties when needed and supports other branches as required.
