Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager IV for the Elk Grove Commons Branch to lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional member service, and execute branch strategies. The role reports to the Director - Branch Member Service and Performance and requires strategic decision-making, community engagement, and accountable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible management experience within a retail or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a professional, service-oriented environment and drives branch performance.
• Builds, trains, and leads an engaged team through development and coaching.
• Oversees branch operations, compliance, and controls to protect funds and assets.
• Develops and executes branch business and marketing plans.
• Manages staff performance, recruitment, and employee development.
• Identifies community opportunities and partnerships to grow membership.
• Plans budgets and analyzes financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
