Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Associate Director, Home Health Branch Administrator in Stockbridge, GA to lead branch operations and oversee Clinical Managers. The role requires strong leadership and regulatory knowledge to ensure high-quality home health care and compliant operations.

You will partner with senior leadership to set revenue goals, manage the budget, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience.
• Current and unrestricted RN licensure preferred.
• Outstanding leadership skills with staff motivation, education, supervision, and team development.
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools/methods.
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EMR proficiency; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and administration.
• Provide supervision and support to Clinical Managers.
• Collaborate with Area Director of Operations or AVP to set revenue and budget goals.
• Support clinical leadership to improve performance and quality of care.
• Maintain efficient, compliant office operations and safe work environment.
• Lead quarterly quality improvement meetings and address patient satisfaction data.
• Coordinate with Sales Directors to meet admission goals and participate in marketing.
