Everwise Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead on-site operations, motivate staff, and expand membership and service profitability through strong internal and external relationships. The role emphasizes risk and compliance, community involvement, and adherence to Everwise policies while delivering superior member service.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance against strategic goals, with responsibility for branch growth and market development across the community.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial industry, sales, or retail management.

• Take on additional responsibilities to support service and organizational growth as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Branch Manager provides on-site leadership; motivation and direction for the branch staff, expands Everwise Credit Union’s membership base and service center profitability building internal and new external relationships, both consumer and business related, as well as through community involvement. Additionally, the Branch Manager ensures compliance with established internal controls, operational controls, and risk management as directed.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels, staff supervision, and on-going staff development motivation through consistent training, observing, coaching, and development activities.
• Responsible for maintaining quality and professionalism of staff during their daily interaction with membership.
• Responsible for cultivating and leading excellence in member service including embracing Everwise Credit Union directed tools and resources.
• Responsible for growth and performance that aligns with Everwise Credit Union’s strategic direction as measured by performance measures and goals, while utilizing and embracing Everwise Credit Union directed tools and resources.
• Responsible for market development for Branch through community involvement, business engagement, and formal/informal networking.
• Evaluate market analysis, sales trend and other reports for market growth.
• Responsible for ensuring procedures, processes and documentation are in accordance with Federal and Everwise Credit Union guidelines and regulations; as well as conducting regular audits.
• Responsible for enhancing awareness of Everwise Credit Union in the communities of which it is a part, through involvement in Everwise Credit Union approved civic and community activities.
• Responsible for effectively leading their Branch and Team within an environment of evolving business practices and operating models.
• Additional responsibilities assigned based on consistency in service and sales behaviors, scope of supervision, leadership, educational and certification accomplishments, as well as team and project involvement.
• Participate in continuing education as assigned.
• Will assume additional responsibilities necessary for the growth of the service center, growth of Everwise Credit Union, and as assigned by Regional/District Staff.

Minimum Requirements:
