Financial Center seeks a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily branch activities, supervise Teller teams, and ensure adherence to policies. In-office role located at 1301 East Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46227, reporting to the Branch Manager.

The ideal candidate will drive customer service excellence, develop staff, manage cash operations, and support revenue growth while maintaining security and compliance across Retail Operations.

Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years proven sales and service experience at a financial institution or equivalent.
• Proficient on Credit Union computer systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.
• Able to perform Teller & Senior Teller duties.
• Bilingual abilities a plus (English/Spanish).

Aufgaben

• Supervise the Teller team; assign, direct, coordinate and review their work.
• Train the Teller team; oversee orientation, branch procedures, security and cross-selling training.
• Monitor Teller activities for policy/compliance; achieve branch objectives and balance daily.
• Prepare documentation and feedback such as evaluations and action plans.
• Create Teller schedules and ensure daily postings and reconciliations.
• Drive branch sales through referrals and retention of members; meet goals.
• Conduct Teller interviews and support Branch Manager in hiring decisions.
• Maintain branch equipment and security procedures; promote new services/products.
• Participate in community events and adhere to branch procedures and security protocols.
