Job summary

Responsibilities

• Promotes growth and development of the branch and leads branch activities and Team Members.
• Cultivates new Membership, lending and deposit growth opportunities through market initiatives and activities.
• Collaborates with key lines of business to achieve sales objectives and interdepartmental referrals.
• Oversees day-to-day Retail Team Member operations, performance management, engagement coaching and training.
• Leads value-creating initiatives and supports Contact Center with inbound/outbound activities.
• Provides leadership oversight of branch operations, safety, security and new account procedures, ensuring policy compliance.
