Hirsch Glass Corp’s Spectrum Quartz division seeks a Branch Manager in Orlando, FL to lead the branch's sales and operations. You will coach the outside sales team, manage distribution center activities, and drive profitability for sustainable growth.

The role requires several years of supervisory experience in sales or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to plan workforce needs while improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a sales team or distribution operation.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to drive growth.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff, and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve targets and grow revenue.
