Job summary

Spectrum Quartz, a Hirsch Glass brand, seeks a Branch Manager in Orlando to lead sales, operations, and customer service, driving profitability and sustainable growth. You will oversee a distribution center, manage staff, and develop strategies to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years of management or supervisory experience in sales or distribution.
• Strong sales data analysis and workforce planning skills.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff, and management.
• Ability to multitask across distribution center activities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the outside sales team and activities.
• Direct daily branch operations, customer service, inventory control, and admin.
• Mentor staff, conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Build strong customer relationships within the Kitchen & Bath industry.
