Job summary

Spectrum Quartz, a Hirsch Glass premium surface provider, seeks a Branch Manager in Norcross, GA to lead sales, operations and administration for profitability and growth.

You will coach a sales team, oversee distribution center operations, manage staff, and cultivate customer relationships in the Kitchen & Bath sector. Excellent leadership and analytics skills are essential, with experience in building materials preferred.

Qualifications

• Several years of management or supervisory experience in sales.
• Preferably in distribution of natural stone, building materials, or related fields.
• Excellent communication with customers, staff, and upper management.
• Ability to analyze sales data and plan workforce.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development: lead outside sales team and hit targets.
• Operational oversight: manage daily distribution center operations and admin.
• Personnel management: mentor staff, conduct evaluations, scheduling.
• Customer relationship management: build relationships in Kitchen & Bath sector.
