Job summary

Emser Tile in Florida is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee sales and operations, drive growth, and ensure programs and standards are followed at the branch level.

You will lead both outside and inside sales teams, partner with the Branch Operations Manager on distribution and customer service, and translate strategic plans into actionable actions that improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing branch operations and sales targets.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of the tile/flooring or building materials industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a strategic sales plan to expand the branch's customer base.
• Directs operational aspects with the Operations Manager and oversees distribution, customer service, and administration.
• Trains and develops the branch sales team and leads inside and outside personnel.
• Develops forecasts, budgets, and business plans with responsibility for branch results.
• Reports to regional and corporate leadership to align with company direction.
