Job summary

Spectrum Quartz, a Hirsch Glass premium surface provider, seeks a Branch Manager in Norcross, GA to lead sales, operations and administration for profitability and growth.

You will coach a sales team, oversee distribution center operations, manage staff, and cultivate customer relationships in the Kitchen & Bath sector. Excellent leadership and analytics skills are essential, with experience in building materials preferred.

Qualifications

• Several years of management or supervisory experience in sales.
• Preferably in distribution of natural stone, building materials, or related fields.

The Branch Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all branch sales, operations, customer service, and administration to ensureprofitabilityand sustainable growth.Spectrum Quartz, by Hirsch Glass, is a premium surface that combines the beauty of natural stone with the renowned strength and durability of quartz.

What You’ll Do:

• Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the branch’s new customer acquisition, and increase revenue. This includes leading, coaching, and managing the outside sales team and sales activities.
• Operational Oversight: Work closely with management to direct daily distribution center operations, customer service, inventory control, and administration.
• Personnel Management: Mentor, lead, and manage staff, including training, performance evaluations, and development. Monitor schedules and ensure proper workforce planning.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure a high level of customer-focused satisfaction, build strong relationships within the Kitchen & Bath industry.

• Leadership: Responsibility, several years of management or supervisory experience related to sales; preferably in distribution of natural stone, building/construction materials, or related fields.
• Business Acumen: Solidunderstanding of sales data analysis, strategic sales and workforce planning.
• Excellent communication skills for customers, diverse staff, and upper management.
• Multi-tasking ability to handle a wide range of distribution center activities, solutions-based / big picture mentality, accountability, and effective resolution capabilities.
• Systems: Microsoft365, Salesforce, CRM/ERP, and the ability to adapt to application software.
