Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee the Cincinnati and Columbus branches, driving revenue and managing overall P&L. You will set standards for safety, professionalism, and ownership while coordinating across sales, service, and office functions.

The role requires strong strategic leadership, 5+ years of related experience, and willingness to travel. It offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits, including insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Requires a valid passport and ability to travel abroad.
• Local Travel Expectations: 50% or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive the branch’s P&L and ensure monthly budget goals are met.
• Administer safety program; chair branch safety committee and audits.
• Oversee daily operations to be cost effective and efficient.
• Lead sales efforts, present to customers, and pursue profitable bids.
• Maintain client relationships and manage service contracts.
• Review invoices and AR, coordinate across departments, and approve contracts.
• Supervise staff and coordinate hiring, training, and performance.
