Job summary

Fujitec America is seeking a Branch Manager for Cincinnati and Columbus to drive revenue, manage the branch’s P&L, and lead safety, service, and sales efforts. You will oversee multiple departments, coordinate with sales and operations, and ensure profitable, compliant operations.

You will develop budgets, review performance, and maintain client relationships with elevator consultants and building owners. Travel and varied leadership responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in related roles.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Travel: Local 50% or as needed; Overnight travel 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program; chair safety committee.
• Drive revenue growth and manage branch P&L; oversee budgeting.
• Oversee branch operations to meet financial commitments.
• Direct sales activities; meet with customers and proposals; ensure profitability.
• Review invoices, accounts receivable, write-offs, and credits; lead AR reviews.
