Ultipro in Ohio is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, sales performance, profitability, and safety compliance. You will lead the operations team to meet revenue and growth goals while maintaining accurate records and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, audits, cash and inventory controls, CRM entries, and collaboration with the regional team. Leadership, HVAC familiarity, and a hands-on coaching style are valued.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role
• Experience in HVAC wholesale industry strongly preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent. College degree strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch including staffing and ensure successful and timely completion of assigned duties of all personnel.
• Review and approve hours worked and PTO using Kronos.
• Maintain sales and cash controls including credits, inventory accuracy, and CRM data entry.
• Provide leadership to staff, coach and develop employees, and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions and safety trainings.
• Develop plans to increase branch profitability and productivity, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee branch and warehouse appearance, maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Report to Regional Operations Manager and provide timely branch reports and information.
