Job summary

Integrated Protection Services is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead Project Management and Service Operations at our Cincinnati branch. You will partner with the Branch Manager to set growth targets, optimize workflows, mentor Project Managers, and drive operational excellence across service and project installation work.

You will implement scalable processes, monitor timelines and budgets, collaborate with sales and engineering, and focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or project management roles.
• Experience leading security or tech integration teams.
• Strong organization and multi-project prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
