Fujitec America, Inc. seeks a Branch Manager to drive revenue, manage P&L, and supervise multiple departments in the Cincinnati/Columbus area. Leadership of safety, operations, and sales is essential to exceed business goals.

This role requires 5+ years in related field, travel up to 50%, and a proven track record in leadership, customer service, and strategic decision making. Join us to shape performance across maintenance, modernization, and installation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in related field.
• Requires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Requires a valid passport and the ability to travel abroad.
• Local Travel Expectations: 50% or as needed.
• Strong leadership and safety-conscious mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example the company’s safety program; chair branch safety committee.
• Lead customer service efforts and ensure follow-through on customer care.
• Ensure daily operations run efficiently, cost-effectively and meet financial commitments.
• Manage P&L; prepare yearly budget; review unprofitable accounts.
• Collaborate with sales to expand customer base; handle sales management and bidding; review revenue and margins.
• Oversee sales incentives and use of company systems.
• Retain service contracts; lead customer retention programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, building owners and prospects.
• Maintain market knowledge across submarkets; monitor backlog, bids, and staffing needs.
• Understand federal/state/local elevator codes and employment laws.
• Maintain familiarity with company products and IUEC contract; liaise with agents.
• Review contracts; negotiate with customers; manage approvals for purchasing and pricing changes.
• Understand payroll coding and SB invoicing processes.
