Job summary

Harper Limbach is seeking a Vice President/Branch Manager in Tampa to lead the branch and drive strategic growth across the local market. You will oversee day-to-day operations, budget control, safety, and customer relationships while ensuring profitability and adherence to corporate standards.

You will guide cross-functional teams, implement operating plans, and collaborate with finance, marketing and People & Culture to deliver exceptional results and sustained market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• 10–15 years of industry-specific experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and reinforce guiding principles, wellness program, and safety culture of the Company.
• Lead branch strategy and coordinate with senior leadership to align local goals with corporate vision.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with finance, marketing, and people & culture.
• Own branch financial health: forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking; drive profitability.
• Champion customer-centric leadership and manage key client relationships; drive loyalty and growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for must-win accounts and market expansion.
• Spearhead talent development, succession planning, and mentorship within the local team.
• Ensure operational excellence with adherence to corporate policies and risk management; optimize costs.
• Create a high-performing culture through leadership that emphasizes safety and core values.
