Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Tampa to lead a busy team, deliver exceptional client experiences, grow deposits and investments, and uphold risk controls. You will coach staff, work with local businesses, and stay ahead with digital banking solutions while embodying our Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence culture.

The role requires weekend/evening hours and bilingual English/Spanish; training and travel may be involved.

• You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity and adherence to policies.
• You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
