Lansing Building Products is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and team performance at a primary market. You will be responsible for shaping the customer experience, managing staff, and driving branch results.

You will build and sustain key vendor partnerships, coach staff, and represent Lansing in the market as the branch leader. This role offers a base salary with uncapped bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day functions of the branch, including directing operations and sales activity.
• Direct and oversee all facets of the associate experience at the branch (hiring, onboarding, training, performance, advancement).
• Direct and oversee customer experience at the branch, building valuable partnerships and handling feedback.
• Build and sustain strong vendor relationships and lead quarterly strategic vendor planning meetings.
• Coach and develop branch personnel through regular ride-alongs and check-ins.
• Conduct weekly sales, management, and all-associate meetings to ensure alignment and improvement.
• Engage the Lansing team with Regional Manager and Home Office support for execution.
• Serve as lead salesperson for the branch and nurture existing and new customer relationships.
• Spend time away from the branch to grow relationships and sales opportunities.
