Harper Limbach LLC is seeking a Vice President/Branch Manager to lead branch strategy, operations, and profitability. You will guide staff, manage budget, and foster strong client relationships to drive growth and safe, compliant operations.

Lead cross-functional teams with finance, marketing, and people & culture, while implementing a comprehensive operating plan aligned to corporate goals and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of industry experience with leadership roles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven knowledge of mechanical/financial metrics.

Responsibilities
