Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years banking experience.
• Consumer/Residential lending experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch growth and profitability.
• Cross-train on all functions within the branch.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff performance.
• Use reports to maximize results for branch and staff.
• Maximize revenues and customer satisfaction while controlling losses.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Lead in branch business planning and community relations.
• Develop and maintain a diversified loan and deposit portfolio.
