Qualifications

• Multiple years of professional sales experience.

• Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and holds the branch sales team accountable for key metrics and results.
• Attains team and individual sales revenue and gross profit goals.
• Develops and delivers “winning” proposal and presentation strategies.
• Creates a “local market” owner-direct sales message and trains team on proper delivery.
• Tracks, qualifies, and prioritizes all sales leads.
• Works as a cross functional collaborator with operations and branch staff.
• Generates estimates and constructs thorough proposals communicating scope and price.
• Negotiates, secures, and executes contact terms for cash flow.
• Initiates and leads the transition from sales to operations.
• Pursues customers and aftermarket contracts and builds lasting relationships.
