Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 3+ years experience in sales with proven ability to lead and coach a sales team (required).
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
• Understanding of financial statements and concepts (required).
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business (required).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with staff and clients.
• Engages in outside calling to small business clients to grow the business.
• Lead and develop branch team to achieve activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal controls.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train branch teammates; manage staffing coverage.
• Deliver coaching and performance management; use training tools and rewards culture.
