Job summary

KeyBank in Danbury, CT is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team, deliver outstanding client service, and grow small business relationships. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) for business growth.
• Ability to influence partners such as Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver distinctive client service.
• Grow business by retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
• Develop partnerships with COIs and internal partners.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, and onboarding of branch teammates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls.
• Deliver coaching through joint calls, training tools, and performance planning.
• Manage branch operations and scheduling, including Saturdays when directed.
