Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Demonstrated ability to influence partners such as Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals.
• Strong public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages in outside calling to small business clients in the community to identify referrals and promote Key’s products and services.
• Leads the branch team to achieve activity, behavior and outcome targets while developing staff and ensuring onboarding and training.
• Provide guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory, security and internal controls, and timely completion of branch operations tasks.
• Develops partnerships with COIs and internal partners to grow client base and deepen existing relationships.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and recruitment to ensure appropriate branch coverage and scheduling.
