Ideal candidates have strong sales leadership, coaching ability, and a robust network to attract clients through COIs. This role requires in-person leadership and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a proven coaching track record.
• Experience with small business deposits/credit and understanding of financial statements.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach branch team to meet activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Drive client acquisition and deepening relationships with small business clients.
