Job summary

KeyBank in Hebron, CT is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a service-driven team and grow small business relationships. You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional client experiences that advance clients’ financial wellness.

The role emphasizes opportunities to expand client portfolios, leverage COIs, and partner with Investment, Mortgage and Business Banking functions. Occasional Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales capacity with leadership of a team.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with operations.
• Understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Understanding consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage COIs to promote business.
• Experience influencing partners across bank lines (Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
• Strong public speaking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver distinctive service and achieve goals.
• Engage outside small business clients; develop centers of influence within the community.
• Staffing, recruiting, onboarding and training; ensure appropriate branch coverage.
• Coach on sales processes, product knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Manage branch operations, security, audits and timely task completion.
• Occasionally work Saturdays as directed by management.
