Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity leading a successful sales team.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and consumer credit concepts.
• Strong ability to influence partners across departments (Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engages in outside calling to small business clients in the community delivering the full depth and breadth of products and services.
• Leads branch sales with proactive client focus and quality conversations leading to recommendations that support financial wellness goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls in branch operations.
• Staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training new teammates; ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
• Provide guidance and direction to branch team to ensure compliance and timely completion of tasks.
• Deliver coaching and performance management; develop individual development plans.
• Build and maintain strong connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, market presence, and client base; collaborate with partners to achieve mutual goals.
