Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity with leadership experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts.
• Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Experience influencing business partners (Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to achieve activity, behavior, and outcome targets.
• Develop centers of influence and networks in the community.
• Coach and manage branch team to deliver sales and client service.
• Recruit, interview, select, onboard, and train branch staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls within branch operations.
