Service Credit Union is seeking a qualified Branch Manager to lead our team with the opening of our new branch in Billerica, MA. The branch manager will oversee staff, work with credit union members, and help expand the branch network within the local Billerica and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an individual who can continuously develop membership growth and boost our team’s productivity. Hours are full time; salary is $84,000 per year based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ Financial Industry experience.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Superior knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Ability to resolve issues promptly with courtesy and tact.

• Supervise the operation of a branch, ensuring organization and staff management.
• Assist in staff selection, training, and development.
• Set and meet goals for loan production, member growth, and checking accounts.
• Maintain branch security and safety standards.
• Deliver exemplary member service with product knowledge.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for the credit union.
• Engage with community officials and businesses to raise visibility.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance as an essential function.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
