Qualifications

• 3+ years sales leadership experience and a proven track record of coaching a sales team.
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts; credit knowledge including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch team to deliver exceptional client service and meet branch goals.
• Engage in outside calling to small business clients to grow referrals and deepen relationships.
• Staff, schedule, recruit, interview, onboard, and train branch teammates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls; manage branch operations tasks.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance development for team members.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to drive cross-sell opportunities.
